About Friendswood Christian Counseling

Our Mission

At Friendswood Christian Counseling, we are dedicated to providing compassionate counseling services to individuals and families struggling with mental health issues. Our goal is to empower our clients to achieve their personal and professional goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.

Our Approach

Our team of experienced counselors uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to help our clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. We believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body.

Our Team

Our team is made up of licensed therapists who specialize in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. We are dedicated to providing personalized care to each of our clients, and are committed to ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques.

Women's Betrayal Trauma Group

Betrayal Trauma Support

This group is custom made for women who have experienced the pain of betrayal. The group allows space for women to process out the deep emotions and hurt they experienced when they suffered the trauma of betrayal. They meet each Thursday.
